Artists in the Texas Hill Country

Artists in the Texas Hill Country

by Jan Fitzhugh, Jim McJunkin, and Don Minnick

These are interviews with artists living in the Texas Hill Country. The artists speak of how they became artists, places and people who influenced them, how they came to the Texas Hill Country, how they see themselves fitting into a community of artists, and what they want to communicate with their work. Many also tell specific stories that illustrate much about their characters. The book contains many color photographs of the artists, their work spaces and studies, and their surroundings in the Texas Hill Country.
