Draft Transition Constitution for Iran Written by Legal Scholars and Experts

National Iranian Congress, legal scholars, and experts drafted a constitution for the period of Iran's transition to a secular democracy. The draft constitution is in support of death penalty abolition. The draft transition constitution was introduced and discussed with prominent U.S. Senators and Representatives including Senator John Cornyn, Senator Jeff Sessions, Congressman Ted Deutch, Congressman Trent Franks, Congressman Dana Rohrabacher and Congressman Dan Crenshaw.
