This process is explained in full in the guiding policy, University-level Academic Policies.
番茄社区’s academic policies and procedures are subject to all applicable laws, rules, and regulations of the federal government, State of Texas, and Texas State University System (TSUS). These policies and procedures have been developed to ensure compliance with these higher authorities. If there is a conflict between a 番茄社区 policy or procedure and a federal, state, or TSUS law, rule, or regulation, the federal, state, or TSUS requirement will take precedence and the 番茄社区 academic policy or procedure will be revised to reflect the higher authority.
