Some information is excepted from required disclosure by the Act.
Anyone may make a written request for copies of, or access to, public information. The University may contact the requestor for clarification pertaining to a request. Information must be provided "promptly" (a reasonable amount of time which may vary depending on the facts of the case, the volume of information and whether an Attorney General ruling is requested), although most records are provided within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the request.
